Therapeutic Services
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I provide individual and couples therapy to residents of Ohio. I offer both in person and online sessions.
Type of Therapy
My therapeutic practice emphasizes your body’s innate wisdom to heal when given a supportive and nurturing environment. My approach utilizes somatic awareness, interpersonal process, and attachment theory with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, focusing on developing an environment of safety, and creating space for your mind and body to heal naturally. I believe the therapeutic journey is one of co-creation and I focus on bringing a gentle and curious presence to each session. I have experience and am interested in working with those who have experienced various forms of trauma, including shock trauma, developmental trauma, medical trauma, and religious trauma. I also work with those experiencing forms of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and those experience systemic and cultural forms of oppression. I feel strongly about being an ally for those in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as for people of color, and other marginalized communities. I believe that everyone has the right to a nurturing and supportive space, and strive towards the ongoing creation of an inclusive environment for all.
I have completed over 300 hours of post graduate training in the area of Somatic Experiencing. I received my Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Certificate in 2022. I am an active member of the SE community and have been participating as an Assistant for new trainings.

Session Costs
Individual Counseling
45-60 minute session: $175
Somatic-Focused Couples Therapy
60 minute session: $225
Payment Info
Payment is due at time of service and I collect credit card information through my online scheduling software.
I ask for a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments, and charge the full session fee for sessions missed or not cancelled with a 24 hour notice.
I do not bill insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. If you are interested in this option please check with your insurance provider to see their policies regarding super bills.
Online & In Person Services
At this time I am providing a hybrid model of some online and some in person sessions, which I discuss individually with each client to determine what would be the best fit for our therapeutic work. All in person sessions are conducted in Columbus, OH. Once you are registered as a client you will be sent an email with all of the paperwork you will need to complete prior to our session. You will also receive a link to our video session. I recommend finding a place that feels comfortable, safe, and offers privacy for our sessions. If we schedule for an in person session the link will contain location of the office and basic information about in person sessions.
